IT Support

Net Consultants can offer a complete range of IT Support services which can be tailored to your specific needs:

  • Annual Contract - at a fixed annual price to provide comprehensive IT support whatever your requirements
  • Monthly Contract - at a fixed monthly price and with extra support time and services available at a discounted rate
  • Pay-as-You-Go - support time is prepaid at a discounted rate providing you complete flexability

If you have a contract with us then we can do the work as part of those contracted hours and you can benefit from the discounted rate.
OR
You can 'reserve' those contracted hours and we can treat distinct projects on a 'fixed price' basis, then use the contracted hours for other work.
OR
we can do the work with no contract, at a fixed-price based on the non-discounted rate.
